How to build rapport with content
Can you build rapport with content?
The short answer to that question is YES, but how you get there is not going to be through outsourcing.
What can you use to build rapport?
So it’s your content that will get that introduction, you know, like that first date and then maybe that second date and then maybe they’ll download your PDF document or sign up for your webinar and all of this happens because of your content.
So if your content is that important, shouldn’t you hire a professional? Well in the beginning, kind of no. I have nothing against any professional writers but, in the beginning, when you are trying to get going, you are also trying to find your voice, and your voice is so important in all of this.

You may have heard of a content calendar and you may even think this is what’s going to help you get better at creating content.
I’ve tried that and it just doesn’t work. –
Why is your voice important when building rapport
Why? Because you want to build up rapport and trust with your customers, and that requires your voice before you can define your ideal customer or your customer avatar. Before you can define a customer journey you have to define your voice and your voice is the thing that matters most in all of this.
Of course, there are other things that are important, but NONE as important as your voice.
