Making Yellow Juice
This is my process for making a home-made brew of probiotic juice that I call, ‘Yellow Juice’.
I’m almost 50 years old and just started to live a more active life. With that, came lots of new pains and aches. I’ve been working with a specialist doctorate on my specific issues and his developed a fermented juice to help address these issues.
My main challenge is Gout. With gout comes joint pain, pain, and then pain all over. It’s primary challenge is that it disables my ability to run. I love to run.
After a few months of making and taking this Yellow Juice, I have no gout related pain, I can sleep much better, and I had this skin rash that has now disappeared.
