Burman Bush
Backyard Marathon
Date: 19 July 2025
I’ll be running as many laps in Burman Bush as I can, starting just after they open the gates at 6am till they close at 6pm. That’s 12 hours of running a 3km route
50km Trail Run
Date: 17 August 2025
I’m going to attempt to run a 50km Trail route in the BUSH! I’ll be doing this as part of the KZN Trail Running Umngeni River Run, so I hope you’ll support us by donating to Amy
10000 STAIRS

Okay, I don’t know how many stairs there are but it’s a lot, and I’m taking them on.
There’s a place called “The Bluff”, that has a steep staircase that goes from the top of the hill down to the beach. I Plan to run up and down a few times.,
